وصف Further to the subject matter herein above and reference to the MoT letter reference 5538/1/M dated 17 December 2025, MIC2 issued a request for quotation to receive budgetary figures from the market for other potential recording systems. Consequently, three budgetary offers were received and duly documented for evaluation purposes. Since the current call recording system (Eleveo) was already provided by Data Consult S.A.L., the offer was limited for upgrading the existing system. The other two offers from Atria Solutions Arabia and Amidco S.A.L. was limited exclusively to the implementation of new software.
