تُجري وزارة الزراعة – المديرية العامة للزراعة وفقًا لأحكام قانون الشراء العام وبطريقة الظرف المختوم مناقصة عمومية لتلزيم تقديم آلات تصوير لزوم مصلحة الديوان – المديرية العامة للزراعة للعام 2026 وفق دفتر الشروط هذا ومرفقاته التي تُعتبر كلها جزأً لا يتجزأ منه.

يحق الاشتراك في هذه المناقصة العمومية للشركات أو المؤسسات الذين يتعاطون تجارة آلات التصوير وأحبارها، تركيبها وصيانتها، والمسجلين رسمياً حسب الأنظمة والقوانين المرعيّة الاجراء.

يجري التلزيم بطريقة المناقصة العمومية ويسند مؤقتاً الى العارض المقبول شكلًا من الناحية الإدارية والفنية والذي قدم السعر الأدنى الاجمالي للصفقة.

Procurement of Office-Wide Document Management Equipment

Objective

The objective is to acquire reliable, heavy-duty, and network-capable devices to enhance productivity in the Ministry.

This tender covers the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and after-sales support for the specified quantities of equipment.

Technical Specifications

General Specifications

• Type: Heavy-Duty Multifunction Printer (MFP) with advanced scanning.
• Functions: Print, Copy, and Heavy-Duty Scan (Monochrome).
• Monthly Duty Cycle: ≥ 30,000 pages.

Performance & Paper Handling

• Speed: ≥ 36 ppm (A4, mono).
• Supported Sizes: A4 and A3 (mandatory).
• Paper Input: ≥ 1,000 sheets (two trays + bypass).
• Duplex: Automatic two-sided printing, copying, scanning.

Heavy-Duty Scanning

• ADF: Single-Pass Duplex (dual-scan) feeder, or reverser document feeder.
• ADF Capacity: ≥ 100 sheets.

Consumables (Initial Supply & Extra Units)

• Each photocopier must be supplied with Starter toner and drum (standard with device).
• In addition, bidders must include in their offer:
• 4 extra toners per machine (100 total).
• 1 extra drums per machine (25 total).
• Toners and Drums must be original manufactured consumables (OEM).
• Each toner yield: ≥ 20,000 pages (A4, 5% coverage).
• Each drum yield: ≥ 80,000 pages.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

• 1-year on-site warranty covering all parts and labor.
• Certified service center with qualified technicians.
• Spare parts & consumables guaranteed for at least 5 years.
• Service response time: within 24 hours in major Lebanese cities.

Delivery and Installation

• Installation includes network setup, configuration, and testing of all core functions.
• Supplier to provide a detailed delivery and installation schedule.

Training

• Supplier shall provide user training sessions at the central office.
• Training includes: daily use, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Deliverables

• Delivery and installation of equipment.
• Network integration and configuration.
• User training sessions.
• Supply of additional toners and drums as specified.
• Maintenance and support plan.
