Purchase Brief : The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) intends to establish a Framework Agreement with qualified consulting firms to provide Structural and site assessment, reconstruction design, and construction supervision of public buildings that have been totally damaged under the Lebanon Emergency Assistance Project (LEAP).The consulting services (“the Services”) involve engaging Design & Supervision Consultants under Framework Agreements for several contracts to Assessment, Reconstruction Design and Supervision of Totally Damaged Buildings across Beirut & Mount Lebanon, Beqaa, and South Lebanon.    The Framework Agreements will be concluded through a Two-Stage Selection Process and the consulting services shall include the preparation of:Module 1 – Technical Investigations and Feasibility AssessmentModule 2 – Detailed Engineering Design and Procurement SupportModule 3 – Permit Documents (reconstruction permit, if required)Module 4 – Construction Supervision and Contract Administration
